Call For Proposal - IT Infrastructure Assessment

Introduction:
Catholic Crosscultural Services (CCS) is a settlement agency providing a wide range of services to immigrants and refugees regardless of race, religion, or status.

CCS is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced IT consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current IT infrastructure. The purpose of this assessment is to identify any inefficiencies or vulnerabilities in our current systems and to provide recommendations for improvement.

Scope of Work:
The IT infrastructure assessment should include, but is not limited to:

- Network infrastructure and security
- Server infrastructure and security
- Cloud infrastructure and security
- Data center infrastructure and security
- Backup and disaster recovery systems
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Device management
- Remote access and VPN
- LAN and WAN
- Firewall and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Compliance with industry standards and regulations

Deliverables:

- A detailed report of the assessment, including any identified issues and recommendations for improvement.
- A presentation to CCS management team summarizing the findings and recommendations.
- A project plan for implementing any recommended improvements, including timelines and budget estimates.

Qualifications:

- The consulting firm should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure assessments and implementation.
- The consulting firm should have relevant certifications in the field of IT infrastructure and security (ex. CISSP, CEH, CCNP, etc.).
- The consulting firm should have a proven track record of successfully completing similar projects for other clients.

Proposal Submission:

- Proposals are to be submitted no later than Feb 22, 2023.
- Proposals should include a detailed description of the consulting firm's qualifications and experience, as well as a detailed project plan and budget estimates.
- Proposals from individuals will NOT be considered.
