The Portfolio Analyst (National Programs) will ensure efficient and effective coordination of programs - including the CMHC-Habitat Canada National Housing Co-investment Fund (NHCF) Program - delivered in partnership with the federal government and other organizations, ensuring that our commitments are met, and our learning maximized.

**Your Impact**

As a key member of Habitat for Humanity Canada’s Resource Development team, your major functions will be to:

- Act as grant/fund compliance administrator, receiving and reviewing documentation and financial reports submitted by affiliates, checking for accuracy and compliance with the documentation requirements and project budgets.
- Stewardship of the Habitat Hub+ Libraries and Habitat Hub Dynamics (both Microsoft platforms), ensuring all documentation is filed appropriately and in a timely manner, to ensure easy access for relevant internal and external stakeholders as well as analysis.
- Provide daily support to local affiliate leaders, specific to program updates, document submission, deadlines, navigation of Habitat Hub+ and general program requirements.
- Lead the distribution of funds to the affiliates.
- Support for the launch of regular Request for Proposals (RFP) for funding programs by coordinating RFP activities, including federation-wide and individual communication with affiliates.
- Support with development of data collection processes and procedures to demonstrate and report on key deliverables achieved by our funding programs.
- Support with the creation of presentation materials (i.e., orientation webinars) and distribution of post-event materials.
- Content creation for federation newsletters, quarterly and annual reports, and donor reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree
- Formal training in project management: i.e., working towards Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Budgeting and financial knowledge would be an asset.
- Demonstrated interest in residential construction by past work, personal experience, volunteer work and/or related education would be an asset.

**Salary Range**:
**$55,000 - $60,000**
