**PURPOSE**
The Human Resources Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Working closely with the Human Resources Manager, the administrator will assist in recruitment, onboarding, administrative duties, employee communication and recognition and other HR duties as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Professional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- 1 year of previous HR experience
- Previous hotel experiences an asset
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent administrative skills - writing, filing, tracking, organizing, phone etiquette
- Excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic
- Detail Oriented
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Personable, pleasant and compassionate in all employee interactions
- Ability to keep all HR department information fully confidential.
- Ability to work under pressure.
