**More About the role**:
It takes a special kind of person to do this job. Those who are most successful in this role are focused, detailed oriented and proficient at liaising between different departments.

Applicants must be familiar with staffing practices, training new employees, tracking budgets and financial expenditures, and managing many people at once. Leadership and communication skills are crucial

**Job Duties**:
**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Providing administrative support to the Station Manager to ensure the smooth running of the guest services, detailing, and service departments.
- Assisting with creating work orders and reviewing them for accuracy and completion
- Working collaboratively with the Station Manager to ensure that Guests are consistently ‘WOWED’.
- Lending assistance by monitoring and assessing the Daily Activity Screen to ensure tasks are being completed efficiently and timely and delivery dates are being met, and reporting areas of concern to the Station Manager.
- Assisting with Cast member training to ensure adherence to CanaDream’s policies and procedures.
- Ensuring timely input of payroll information as directed by the Station Manager.
- Participating in regular formal and informal meetings.
- Maintaining a schedule of performance review deadlines to ensure reviews are conducted in a timely manner.
- Creating quotes for reservations.
- Providing front counter and reception support when needed.
- Making timely decisions in line with company policies, procedures, and other relevant guidelines.
- Creating reports as assigned.
- Driving individual accountability among Cast members through leading by example.
- Complying with Health & Safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to speak English and French.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer/guest service and communication skills.
- Team Oriented and flexible.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
