- Basement Systems Québec_, regional leader in the foundation repair industry in Quebec, is looking for an experienced **Office** **Administrator** to join our Production department.

**What you will do**:
- Coordinate work flow and communication between customers onsite installers
- Facilitate activities within Production department in the day-to-day operations
- Invoicing and receivables
- Maintain and work with the CRM database
- Respond to customer calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide them with a remarkable experience
- Follow-ups, cancellations and manage special customer requests
- Interact with Production Team on daily basis
- Collect customers' deposits
- Work with cross functioning teams as needed (ex: call center, production, sales, service)
- Process texts, archive, copy, print, publish, organize, etc
- Knowledge of Quickbooks, SalesForce, Excel, Microsoft office is a big asset
- Reports to Production Manager
**What you must have**:
- 2 year of office admin or production experience - good track record
- Fully bilingual
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Knowledge of Quickbooks, SalesForce, Excel, Microsoft office is a big asset
- Disciplined and motivated
- Team player with positive attitude
- Have good listening skills
- Ability to follow up
- Likes to consult and help people
- Proficiency in computer
