**Sales Support**

**DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales managers and respond to customer and prospect queries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in the development and maintenance of customer relationships
- Provide high-level support to sales managers for all aspects of e-commerce,
- Internet Research; Comparative retail analysis and ensuring the optimum representation of our product line.
- Collaborate with Sales Executive in preparing and maintaining sales reports;
- Collaborate in preparing, maintaining, reviewing sales forecasts ;
- Coordinate and lead new customers onboarding process. Requires close work with several departments, reporting and information exchange with customers ;
- Assist in scheduling appointment, following up with customers;
- Act as liaison agent between sales and customer service;
- Act as a liaison by providing valuable feedback from the customers and sales team to upper management;.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional material or events;.
- Performs administrative tasks related to sales activities.

**Job Requirements**
- 3-5 years work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (verbal and written)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Structured and organized
- Excellent sales acumen and customer service skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational and administrative skills

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
