We are currently on the lookout for a rare gem to join our team as an Administrative Support Agent. If you can juggle multiple tasks at once and work with precision while teasing your colleagues, then we want you on board.

Your mission

As an Administrative Support Agent, your role will involve providing support to the administrative team:

  • Coordinating the opening of new mandates for various company offices ;
  • Substituting for the receptionist during breaks, lunch, absences, and vacations ;
  • Ensuring effective administrative support for different team members ;
  • Communicating with clients to obtain the necessary information for project progression ;
  • Any other related tasks.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) both orally and in writing ;
  • Communication and interpersonal skills ;
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks ;
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively with frequent interruptions ;
  • Independence, organizational skills, and prioritization ;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
