Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their careers.

**Base Salary + Commission**

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Keep the customer database updated to ensure the information on prospective and past clients is current
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
- Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met

**Responsibilities** **and Qualifications**:

- Generate Qualified Leads
- Gather market intelligence
- A clear understanding of how telephone lead generation differs from telemarketing, and inside/outside sales, and how it fits within the sales and marketing processes in today’s market
- Ability to write detailed notes based on your conversations
- Ability to seamlessly represent our clients professionally
- Attend remote training and continuous improvement sessions
- Ability to manage your time and meet your goals based on a customized schedule
- Be an enthusiastic member of the team and have a passion for learning new skills/solutions
- High-level communication skills (verbal and written)
- Hard-working and tenacious

**Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (required)
- CRM: 1 year (preferred)
- Appointment Setting: 1 year (preferred)
