Salary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and events, including agendas and materials.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
- Other duties as assigned to support the executive team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
