Wolfond Financial is looking for an experienced Administrative Financial Assistant to join our team. You will support a growing practice and a successful team of advisors.

**What you’ll do**
- Prepare documents for advisors’ client meetings.
- Process purchases, withdrawals, switches, and external transfers
- Follow-up tracking on processed transactions with external fund companies.Monitor trades, systematic withdrawals and preauthorized contributions
- Investigate issues with fund companies, nominee platforms and the Canada Revenue Agency
- File physical and electronic documents
- Enter notes and process transactions in online system.
- Process client signatures using e-signature software.
- Follow compliance rules.
- Back-up office reception
- Other office administrative support as needed

**What you bring to the table**
- High attention for detail
- Existing financial knowledge regarding RSP, TFSA, RIF, etc. an asset
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Superior problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Meeting advisors’ and clients’ deadlines
- Demonstrated client service skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Post secondary education in office administration or a related field, 1 to 3 years of job-related work experience, including managing and maintaining files, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

**Additional Details**

Work will be performed in our Regina office.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8am to 430pm.
