**Your Team**

As a **Project Administrator,** you’ll play a key role in supporting project administration. You will collaborate with various departments to manage client planning, budget tracking, documentation creation and management, and environmental and site planning support. This intermediate-level role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong project management / task management experience, and is looking to further advance their career in emergency response services.

**What You’ll Do & How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather, organize, and analyze client information for project preparation.
- Participate in internal project kickoff meetings to align team efforts with client goals and identify key deliverables.
- Maintain and organize project files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Perform detailed time tracking and budget management tasks, ensuring proper resource allocation and expense tracking.
- Provide support for environmental emergency plans and assist in government consultations and public involvement programs.
- Oversee the printing, distribution, and management of emergency response plans (ERPs) and project materials.
- Assist in the drafting and proofing of project documentation, ensuring quality and professionalism.
- Support junior staff members and provide guidance under the direction of higher-level personnel.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Project Administrator II**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, emergency management, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset.
- Experience working in project administration is an asset.
- Intermediate to expert level experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in emergency response or knowledge of industry regulations is a plus.
- Completion of, or working towards, Incident Command System (ICS) 200 certification is preferred.

**Project Administrator III**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, emergency management, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of work experience in emergency response project administration.
- Work experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
- Experience working in project administration is an asset.
- Intermediate to expert level experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in emergency response or knowledge of industry regulations is a plus.
- Completion of, or working towards, Incident Command System (ICS) 200 certification is preferred.
