Key Job Requirements
- Actively participate as a member of the sales team and contribute to the overall corporate revenue and growth targets.
- Lead the development of sales strategies and execute tactical plans.
- Take a leadership role in major account relationships.
- Remain abreast of the industry, competitors, and market trends.
- Work with internal engineering, design, and technical managers to ensure smooth installations and ensure client satisfaction.

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the IT infrastructure arena.
- Proven track record of strategically building, leading, and driving successful sales
- Understands, participates and is well networked within the North American telecom industry.
- Strong team orientation well suited to constructive dialogue, finding solutions to achieve business goals, and ensuring strong, crisp execution of plans.
