**How you will impact the organization**
We are looking for an A/R Specialist to join our Consensus Finance team. This role is responsible for answering inbound customer phone calls and responding to customer tickets in Salesforce.
**The value you will deliver**
- Ensuring phone messages are responded to in a timely manner.
- Responding to customer tickets and meeting daily ticket quotas.
- Collaborating with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Working with the AR team to understand key issues and help drive solutions and results.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
**What you will bring to the table**
- 1+ years customer service experience, preferably on a Finance team.
- Strong comprehension of Microsoft and Google suite products.
- Ability to understand customer concerns through empathy and critical thinking.
- Resourcefulness and diplomacy to effectively de-escalate and resolve customer concerns.
- Team mentality to work cross functionally in order to resolve customer issues/problems.
- Ability to use time management to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to use critical thinking to research customer-related data and information.
- Strong focus and ownership over responsibilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Team oriented mentality, including willingness to share and collaborate on team tasks.
**You will stand out if you also have**
- Experience working with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Oracle/Oracle Fusion is beneficial.
**Additional details**
- Location requirements: This role is fully remote within the US
- Travel requirements: No travel required
- Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.
- Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
- This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
The salary range for this role is **up to $21.56 CAD per hour.** The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include [annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.]
