**Major Responsibilities of the Role**:

- As a Mabe Customer Service Specialist, you will receive inbound calls from our customers within Canada.
- You will be responsible for the effective and efficient handling of customer inquiries regarding product warranty and requests to book service calls on appliances.

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess a College or University degree, or equivalent in experience, and a minimum of two years customer service experience.

Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm

Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Fiber-Op or comparable high-speed internet must available in your area

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
