Evolution Wheel is looking for an individual to join our team who can fill the role of an Office Manager. This person will work with the company’s owner and managers to assist in making sure daily and weekly financial, human resources and strategic planning tasks are kept on track. Having a strong attention to detail and being able to manage your time effectively will be the keys to success in this position.

**Key responsibilities Include**:

- Enter sales orders into QuickBooks online and processing payments
- Entering expenses into QuickBooks online
- Filing monthly and quarterly remittances
- Ensuring that the company’s sales metric tracking documents are kept up to date
- Ensuring that all employee timesheets are accurate and kept up to date for payroll preparation
- Ensuring that the companies payables and receivables are kept up to date
- Handling the company’s human resources needs
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment for new hires and onboarding new employees
- Working with ownership to develop strategic plans for future growth including cash, personal and capital expenditure requirements
- Business administration degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience with a strong finance skillset.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Great work ethic
- Exceptional data entry/keying skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
