**Responsibilities**:

- Enter customer orders in a computerized system (Microsoft Dynamics GP), generate sales invoices, process credit card payment or issue invoice, post weekly sales, prepare bank deposits, and prepare month end reports.
- Monitor inventory level by reviewing inventory reports, plan and order inventory from suppliers.
- Oversees the smooth running of the office, the shop and warehouse; promote a nurturing and positive work environment.
- Other customer service and sales/marketing tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
