**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Oversee front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records for payroll and employee attendance, collaborating with the HR department as needed.
- Coordinate vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with service providers.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Support team management by organizing meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is advantageous.
