**The Role**:
The Office Administrator is responsible for the presentation of a professional office/reception environment, while providing a courteous and professional contact with both internal and external customers. The Office Administrator works collaboratively with different departments in supporting the business to provide service delivery to meet the needs of their customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage reception and provide exemplarily customer service to all visitors.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Order all office supplies, manage the maintenance of all office business machines, identify required equipment, and coordinate overall office space and environment needs.
- Problem-solve inquiries and questions from customers and employees.
- Regularly complete office procedures and provide support to office employees.
- Onboard new employees by setting up technology, software licenses, permissions, training and other tasks as required.
- Troubleshoot technology issues and collaborate with 3rd party IT service provider.
- Coordinate meetings and provides meeting support, as required.
- Assist with accounting functions including accounts payable and invoicing.
- Maintain inventory records and supply levels.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team by delivering assistance and administrative support on various projects.
- Order and maintain technology inventory.
- Maintain a stocked supply of all necessary office items (stationary, supplies, food, etc.) while maintaining a monthly budget.
- Manage the organization and cleanliness of the office space and kitchen and conducting frequent checks throughout the day.
- Perform any other duties as required.

**You will bring**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant discipline, required.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
- 3 years of experience in an Administrative role preferred.
- Ability to use technology and a clear understanding of systems.
- Interest and ability to learn new procedures and systems.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
- Resourceful, flexible and the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently motivated with mínimal supervision.
