**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support on a variety of ongoing or new HR projects and initiatives - May include the development of company job description creation/updates, policies and procedures development, HR process automation and orientation procedure for New Hires
- Perform administrative tasks such as employee document filing and drafting employment related letters
- Support the Human Resources team with all administration and coordination of different functions, initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Attend weekly Human Resources meetings when necessary and requested, providing updates on the status of projects and initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications & Knowledge**
- Currently enrolled or have recently graduated in a Human Resource Management post-secondary program.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and data accuracy with strict adherence to policies and handling of confidential information.
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work well independently.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Be a quick learner and self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

- Have a cheerful, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with others as well as the ability to work independently and treat everyone with respect, dignity and kindness.
