Life Insurance and Group Benefits Administrator

**About the Role**:
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing administration of new and existing business.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to customers and clients regarding various insurance inquiries.
- Clerical duties (ie: photocopying, scanning, printing, mail, etc.).
- Regularly maintain client files using company CRM.
- Manage and maintain departmental documents.
- Utilization of quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom and DocuSign.
- Continuous learning to keep up-to-date in the ever changing life insurance industry.
- Must be willing to obtain Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) within 6 months

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Entrepreneurial nature with a pro-active attitude and desire to contribute to business growth.
- A willingness to learn and demonstrates excitement about the opportunity to build a career in the life/group benefits insurance industry. Training will be provided
- University or college degree is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills.
- A value life insurance license in Ontario is preferred but not a requirement.
