Responsibilities:

- Market and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and answer any questions or concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and expand client base

**Requirements**:

- RIBO License
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field, such as retail sales or telemarketing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success in a sales environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
