Concord, Canada Concord Store Fixture Group Full time

Concord Metal Mfg., is currently looking for an Invoicing/Accounts Payable/Shipping Administrator for a full-time position. Position hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- produce all customer invoicing (accounts receivable)
- produce all supplier entries (accounts payable)
- assist with shipping documents when required
- manage A/P and A/R inquiries as needed and resolve any discrepancies
- orders all office supplies and maintains inventory
- orders all coffee supplies and maintains stations
- back up receptionist/assist with answering telephone calls and greeting guests
- other duties as may be required to meet objectives

**Requirements**:

- must be comfortable with Excel, Microsoft and computer usage in general
- training on our Minotaur software system will be provided
- ability to read/write and speak English fluently
- pleasant personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
