Introduction

Nous recherchons un Directeur Régional des Ventes dynamique et axé sur les résultats pour les opérations de notre client à Saint-Laurent, Québec. Notre client est un fournisseur nord-américain de premier plan de viande importée de qualité supérieure pour les principaux clients de la vente au détail et des services alimentaires. Les candidats retenus auront une solide éthique de travail, d'excellentes compétences en communication, une maîtrise de l'informatique et la capacité de diriger une équipe performante. En tant que Directeur Régional des Ventes, vous relèverez du VP des Ventes, Canada et serez responsable de la promotion des ventes, du développement du marché et des activités de service à la clientèle dans tout le Québec.

Ce poste nécessite une maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

Responsabilités

• Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des plans de vente en collaboration avec le VP des Ventes, Canada et l'équipe de vente.

• Rechercher et identifier des opportunités pour mieux servir les clients existants et répondre aux besoins de nouveaux clients dans la région.

• Diriger la préparation des plans opérationnels de vente, y compris les plans d'affaires et les budgets, en assurant leur alignement avec les objectifs organisationnels et les exigences légales.

• Gérer et diriger une équipe de vente hautement efficace, fixer des objectifs de performance, surveiller les performances et fournir un soutien et un encadrement continus.

• Établir et entretenir des relations clients rentables, y compris avec les principaux détaillants et utilisateurs de services alimentaires, grâce à une communication supérieure, des stratégies de distribution et des contrats d'approvisionnement stratégiques.

• Coordonner avec l'équipe des approvisionnements sur les promotions planifiées et la demande prévisionnelle, en garantissant la disponibilité des produits et une gestion appropriée des stocks.

• Atteindre les objectifs financiers, clients et commerciaux sur une base trimestrielle et annuelle, en examinant et en surveillant les comptes débiteurs et en garantissant des paiements rapides.

• Identifier et poursuivre des opportunités de croissance et de développement commercial, en collaborant avec d'autres équipes pour exécuter de nouvelles initiatives de produits.

• Se tenir informé des activités concurrentielles, des évolutions des clients et des tendances du marché, en protégeant les intérêts financiers et de volume de l'entreprise.

Mesures de succès:

• Atteindre les objectifs de part de marché, de volume, de contribution au profit et de revenus pour toutes les marques et ventes sur une base trimestrielle et annuelle.

• Assurer la satisfaction des besoins d'approvisionnement des clients dans la région en temps opportun, conformément aux programmes d'approvisionnement approuvés.

• Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs du plan pour la rétention et la croissance de la base de clients, ainsi que les scores de satisfaction et de fidélité des clients.

• Maintenir un faible taux de rotation des employés regrettés et promouvoir un engagement et une productivité élevés des employés.

Exigences

• Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en tant que leader des ventes dans l'industrie des services alimentaires nord-américains ou mondiaux, avec une expertise en planification stratégique, exécution des ventes et approvisionnement et distribution internationale.

• Expérience en ventes de protéines, au niveau local ou international.

• Expérience en ventes au détail et en services alimentaires.

• Réseau local existant dans la vente au détail et les services alimentaires est un atout.

• Antécédents prouvés dans le développement et l'exécution de stratégies de vente, la sécurisation des approvisionnements et l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et de revenus.

• Compétences solides en planification de stratégie marketing et en exécution de campagnes promotionnelles sur diverses plateformes médiatiques.

• Excellentes capacités de leadership, inspirant et dirigeant des équipes vers la réussite tout en faisant preuve de professionnalisme et de crédibilité.

• Ouverture à prendre des responsabilités supplémentaires assignées par le VP des Ventes, Canada pour soutenir les objectifs commerciaux.

• Capacité à gérer le stress élevé, les exigences temporelles et les déplacements associés au rôle de Directeur Régional des Ventes.

• Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français, avec des compétences efficaces en communication écrite et verbale.

Regional Sales Manager

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager for our Client’s operations in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. Our client is a leading North American supplier of premium imported meat to top retail and food service customers. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to lead a successful team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will report to the VP Sales, Canada and be responsible for driving sales, market development, and customer service activities across all of Quebec.

This position requires fluency in both English and French.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans in collaboration with the VP Sales, Canada and the sales team.

• Research and identify opportunities to better serve existing customers and fulfill new customer needs in the region.

• Lead the preparation of sales operational plans, including business plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and statutory requirements.

• Manage and lead a highly effective sales team, setting performance targets, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing support and coaching.

• Build and maintain profitable client relationships, including major retail and food service users, through superior communication, distribution strategies, and strategic supply contracts.

• Coordinate with the Procurement team on planned promotions and forecasted demand, ensuring product availability and proper inventory management.

• Achieve financial, customer, and business goals on a quarterly and annual basis, reviewing and monitoring accounts receivables and ensuring prompt payments.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and development, collaborating with other teams to execute new product initiatives.

• Stay informed of competitive activities, customer developments, and market trends, safeguarding the company's financial and volume interests.

Success Measures:

• Achieve market share, volume, profit contributions, and revenue objectives for all brands and sales on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer supply needs in the region, adhering to the approved procurement programs.

• Meet or exceed plan objectives for client base retention and growth, as well as customer satisfaction and loyalty scores.

• Maintain low regretted employee turnover and promote high employee engagement and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a sales leader in the North American or global food services industry, with expertise in strategic planning, sales execution, and international supply and distribution.

• Must have experience in Protein sales, either locally or internationally.

• Experience in both retail and foodservice sales.

• Existing local network in grocery retail and foodservice is an asset.

• Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, securing supply, and achieving sales quota and revenue goals.

• Strong skills in marketing strategy planning and executing promotional campaigns across various media platforms.

• Excellent leadership abilities, inspiring and leading teams to succeed while demonstrating professionalism and credibility.

• Openness to taking on additional responsibilities assigned by the VP Sales, Canada to support business goals.

• Ability to handle high stress, time demands, and travel associated with the role of Regional Sales Manager.

• Fully bilingual in English and French, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
