**About Us**:
Provincial Home Assistance is excited to expand our footprint with the opening of a new office in London, Ontario. As a leader in home services, we are on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and oversee online advertising efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Marketing Manager, you will:

- **Record, Edit and post engaging content on social media platforms. ( TikTok, Reels, Instagram, Facebook, You tube)**:

- **Knowledge on media and podcast set up**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, and TikTok advertising campaigns.
- Utilize SEO strategies to optimize our online presence.
- Enhance brand awareness through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Oversee and coordinate photo and video editing tasks.
- Manage the marketing team, driving collaboration and productivity.
- Produce and manage further appointments through strategic campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Some certifications in marketing or related fields.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok advertising, SEO, and online marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- **Proficiency in photo and video editing tools.**:

- **Proficiency in podcast set up**:

- Experience managing and coordinating with videographers.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a marketing team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

**Compensation**:
This position offers a base salary along with a commission-based structure, providing a competitive compensation package.

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Secondary School (preferred)
