Digital Marketing Coordinator

About this role:
Sparks is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in helping to implement paid media strategies for Sparks’ clients. You are a highly organized, self-motivated, creative, hungry and passionate marketer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Launch and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including paid search, display, video and paid social tactics
- Conduct market research and identify insights and opportunities to help inform our clients’ campaigns
- Collect data and analyze performance, making data-informed decisions for the improvement of our clients’ campaigns
- Build marketing campaign performance reports
- Build and execute on A/B testing strategies to inform campaign frameworks
- Support the Head of Digital in testing new channels and technology to drive innovation and client acquisition
- Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and best practices
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to deliver against deadlines and budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with key attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate both in-person and remotely with the team
- Ambitious, growth-focused mindset; not afraid to take on new challenges and navigate uncharted territory to innovate for the business
