Paid Media Manager

About This Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Search, PMax, Programmatic, Video, Paid Social and more
- Collect data and analyze performance, making data-informed decisions for the improvement of our clients’ campaigns
- Report on performance and relay results to clients
- Manage media spend across tactics
- Build and execute on A/B testing strategies to inform campaign frameworks
- Support the Head of Digital in testing new channels and technology to drive innovation and client acquisition
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of digital marketing experience
- Demonstrated expertise in strategizing, launching and optimizing paid media campaigns for clients, managing budgets upwards of $1,000,000 - $10,000,000
- Be data-driven and have the ability to speak confidently to data-based insights to inform marketing strategy
- Consistently keep up with platform changes to understand how best to serve clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to deliver against deadlines and budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with key attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate both in-person and remotely with the team
- Ambitious, growth-focused mindset; not afraid to take on new challenges and navigate uncharted territory to innovate for the business
