Under the authority of the Sales Director, the Sales Coordinator's main function is to assist the Sales Department.

**Task description**:

- Promote and sell hotel products and services to designated market.
- Group reservations (amenity groups and convention groups) in the system.
- Drafting of group contracts, conditions, arrival lists, meals, meeting space and baggage handling and ensuring follow-up with the departments concerned
- Make the arrival list for the current week.
- Follow up with customer and resolve issues.
- Ensure that the reservations department has all the rates or contracts related to the different market segments and the various promotional rates.
- Perform office automation tasks (mail, inventories and stationery orders, printer cartridges and photocopiers, etc.).
- Responsible for courier shipments (objects lost by a client in a room or other shipments).
- Responsible for the inventory of promotional products and stationery needed for the sales department.
- Support to the General Manager.
- Support to the Sales & Marketing Director.
