YOUR MISSION (Responsibilities)

  • Manage all logistics in regard to tradeshows throughout the year. For Quebec-based trade shows both Rep shows and Key Account Trades

  • hows.

  • Work with the rest of the Canadian Sales Op’s Team to evaluate and advance current operational processes and sales tools within PUMA Canada’s Sales Organization and execute sales programs.

  • Work closely with the appropriate departments in order to develop and enhance best practices for all operational processes and functions.

  • Main communication point between Canadian Merchandising, Senior Sales Management in Canada, specifically to keep PCA Field sales team informed on any and all updates and changes throughout the season.

  • Work with Operations and procurement to improve communication to the Field Reps and accounts

  • Key Contact for Field Sales internally with emphasis on the Teamsport side of the business.

  • As part of the Sales Operations team, their responsibility is to communicate seasonal details of booking deadlines as well as seasonal calendar maintenance.

  • Support sales for regional tradeshows including set up, take down and production of necessary visuals

  • Support marketing-related tasks for Montreal office (showrooms, posters).

  • Support marketing tied to regional Quebec accounts (National Account store visits)

  • Office (all tasks) and showroom coordination for all Key Account meetings. Montreal sample management.

  • Coordinate all Key Account conferences; events given by Key Accounts such as Little Burgundy, Sports Experts, etc.

  • Key Contact within PCA Sales (MTL office specific) for PNA Sales Operations group

  • Responsable de la logistique entourant les salons commerciaux durant l’année, pour le Québec, autant les salons pour les représentants que des comptes principaux.

  • Travailler avec le reste de l’équipe canadienne des opérations des ventes pour évaluer et améliorer les processus opérationnels et les outils de vente au sein du groupe des ventes de PUMA Canada. Mettre en œuvre les programmes de vente.

  • Travailler étroitement avec les services appropriés afin de développer et améliorer les meilleures pratiques pour toutes les fonctions et les processus opérationnels.

  • Servir de point principal de communication entre le marchandisage canadien, la haute direction des ventes au Canada avec l’équipe des ventes de PCA, particulièrement pour les tenir informés de tout changement et mise à jour durant la saison.

  • Travailler avec les services des opérations et des achats pour améliorer la communication avec les représentants et les clients.

  • Personne-ressource à l’interne pour l’équipe de vente externe, en particulier pour les produits pour les sports d’équipe.

  • Communication saisonnière des échéances pour les commandes, mettre à jour le calendrier saisonnier en tant que membre de l’équipe des opérations de ventes.

  • Soutenir les ventes pour les salons commerciaux régionaux, incluant la mise en place, le démontage et la production des supports visuels requis.

  • Soutenir les efforts marketing reliés aux bureaux de Montréal (salles d’expositions, affiches).

  • Soutenir les efforts marketing reliés aux comptes régionaux québécois (visites des magasins des comptes nationaux).

  • Coordination de la salle d’exposition et des bureaux entourant les réunions des comptes principaux. Gestion des échantillons pour Montréal.

  • Coordonner toutes les conférences des comptes principaux, évènements faits par ceux-ci comme Little Burgundy, Sports Experts, etc.

  • Personne-ressource des ventes de PCA (bureaux de Montréal) pour le groupe des opérations des ventes de PNA.

YOUR TALENT

YOUR TALENT (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a related industry.

  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field of business (commerce, marketing, communication, etc.)

  • Solid computer competencies (Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Bilingualism a must.

  • Dynamic, positive with strong interpersonal skills.

  • The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively as well as self-motivated, well organized and a passion for the PUMA brand.

  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans une industrie similaire.

  • Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine approprié (affaires, marketing, communication)

  • Bonnes connaissances informatiques et de la suite de Microsoft

  • Bilinguisme requis (français, anglais).

  • Être dynamique, positif avec beaucoup d’entregent.

  • Le candidat doit avoir la capacité de communiquer efficacement, d’être très motivé, organisé et passionné envers la marque PUMA.
