Our Finance department is Growing We are looking for a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Administrator to add to our team
**Who we are.**
We are a growing Canadian bilingual marketing-distribution company presently in Bowmanville. We specialize in servicing furniture, mattress and appliance retail stores across Canada and the United States.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Process customer payments and deposits
- Respond and fulfill Customers’ requests
- Monitor aging accounts and make collection calls as required
- Month end reconciliation
- Credit checks, & setup and maintenance of all Customer accounts
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
- Diploma in Accounting an asset
- Bilingual (English/French)
- General office skills are required
- Must be process driven
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Sage100 an asset or similar accounting software is preferred
- Ability to complete assignments under tight deadlines, with flexibility to work extended hours when required
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$44,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bowmanville, ON L1C 4P8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
