**Salary range**: $76,000 to $95,000 per year
CADTH is Canada’s drug and health technology agency. We’re a not-for-profit organization headquartered in Ottawa, with a satellite office in Toronto. We’re funded by Canada’s federal, provincial, and territorial governments, with the exception of Quebec, to provide independent information and advice to the country’s publicly funded health care systems. Health administrators and policy experts rely on CADTH to inform their decisions about the funding and appropriate use of the drugs, devices, and services used to prevent, diagnose, and treat medical conditions.

Primary Focus
**On any given day, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will**:
- deliver full-cycle recruitment processes, leveraging your experience to build recruitment strategies that address both the short-term and long-term staffing needs of CADTH
- coach hiring managers on effective interviewing skills and competitive market intelligence research
- build and maintain ongoing talent pipelines and impactful networks through social media platforms, diversity and inclusion partners, professional associations, and educational institutions.
- support CADTH’s inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility initiatives and embed philosophy and values into Talent Acquisition programs
- track and report on the progress of assigned requisitions
- collaborate on other People and Culture projects.
Is this the right role for you?
**The Talent Acquisition Specialist will likely have**:
- a postsecondary education in human resources or related field
- a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading the full recruitment lifecycle, with an ability to build talent pipelines of top talent and hard-to-fill roles
- experience working in a fast-paced environment with proven attention to detail
- the ability to build and foster trusting relationships, internally and externally
- the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- an innovative team player and out-of-the-box thinker
- exceptional communication skills, including both verbal and written.
