**Role Summary**:
Working with the Service Team coordinating project orders, delivery timelines, and technician schedules, and assisting with other administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining Tech Schedule for service
- Coordination of the service workload
- Working with the warehouse team to coordinate materials for service completion
- Other duties are assigned as required.
**Qualifications**
- Education: Completion of High School Diploma
- Excellent Understanding Fire Safety codes and all applicable legislation is an asset
- Knowledge of computer software including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
