Full Time Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

CMT Engineering Inc. requires a full-time administrative assistant/bookkeeper. The duties will include the following:
- type, proofread and format correspondence, forms, reports and
other documents
- prepare final reports in pdf format for electronic distribution, mailing and filing
- general reception
- assist with invoicing and accounts receivable
- a minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable role
- basic knowledge of Sage 50 (Simply) accounting program and
working knowledge of accounting basics
- advanced Word, Excel and Access office skills
- excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- professionalism
- confidentiality
- ability to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
Salary will be commensurate with experience. CMT offers a group medical plan and RRSP plan.
**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
