We're looking for our next **Customs Release Specialist **to join our customs department in Montreal.

**Your main tasks will be to**:
- Open customer files, data entry, validate information, verify credit and invoice.
- Obtain additional information or documents from customers, suppliers, carriers, customs and other Axxess offices as required.
- Identify changes to profiles and advise intermediate or senior underwriter.
- Communicate regularly, answering basic questions from customers, truckers.
**What we're looking for**:
- You are bilingual in French and English to be able to communicate with future colleagues and customers based across Canada and around the world.
- You have studied logistics or a related field.
- You have significant experience in customs and with an international freight forwarder.
- You are autonomous, proactive and pay attention to detail
- You like teamwork and are motivated to take on new challenges
