Customer Success Specialist

**Description du rôle**
- **Gestion de la relation client**: Soyez le point de contact principal pour nos clients. Identifiez leurs besoins, anticipez leurs préoccupations et apportez des solutions innovantes pour garantir leur satisfaction tout au long de leur parcours avec Empego.
- **Implantation du produit**: Formez nos clients sur l'utilisation efficace de notre plateforme. Fournissez un soutien continu, résolvez leurs problèmes et répondez à leurs questions avec expertise.
- **Support technique**: Collaborez étroitement avec nos équipes techniques pour offrir une expérience client optimale. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour garantir la satisfaction de nos clients.
- **Outils d'aide à l’implantation**: Créez des outils basés sur les besoins de nos clients et des supports promotionnels pour encourager l'utilisation et l'intégration de la plateforme.
- **Optimisation des ventes**: Identifiez des opportunités de ventes supplémentaires au sein de notre clientèle existante et proposez des solutions adaptées.
- **Acquisition de nouveaux clients**: Développez des stratégies pour attirer de nouveaux clients et élargir notre base de clientèle, contribuant ainsi à notre croissance.
**Qualifications**
- Expérience en pharmacie communautaire.
- Diplôme DEP ou équivalent, avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience pertinente sur le marché du travail. Un diplôme DEC est un atout.
- Compétences en vente et succès client.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation.
- Capacité à comprendre et communiquer des informations techniques.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en commerce, marketing, santé ou domaine connexe.

- We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our company is known for its commitment and excellent customer service; customer satisfaction is our priority.
**Role Description**
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Be the primary point of contact for our clients. Identify their needs, anticipate their concerns, and provide innovative solutions to ensure their satisfaction throughout their journey with Empego.
- **Product Implementation**: Train our clients on the effective use of our platform. Provide continuous support, resolve their issues, and answer their questions with expertise.
- Technical Support: Collaborate closely with our technical teams to offer an optimal customer experience. Your role will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Implementation Support Tools**: Create tools based on client needs and promotional materials to encourage the use and integration of the platform.
- **Sales Optimization**: Identify opportunities for additional sales within our existing customer base and propose suitable solutions.
- **New Client Acquisition**: Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base, contributing to our growth.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in community pharmacy.
- DEP or equivalent diploma with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. A DEC is a plus.
- Skills in sales and/or customer success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
