Marketing Impact designs, manufactures, and distributes a comprehensive range of merchandising systems and solutions for retail customers including grocery stores, convenience stores, and pharmacies. It also designs and manufactures displays for consumer-packaged goods for use within those same channels. **Position Overview**

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Sales Support Representative works with the Sales team in order to provide superior customer service and with the Pre-production team to ensure orders are completed on time.

**Job duties**
- Partner with the Customer Service Representative and several Sales Reps to provide timely and outstanding customer service.
- Work with the Production team to ensure orders (especially time sensitive ones) are shipped correctly and on time.
- Monitor order status to ensure all orders are closed once shipped; investigate any orders that are static.
- Assist with the quotation and development of a company price list.
- Work with the Purchaser in contacting vendors for cost options on "as needed" quote requests.
- Enter data into the system related to Sales Orders, quotes, and any other required.
- Develop a broad knowledge of our Catalogue items and support Sales reps in providing effective solutions to our customers.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports during month end.
- Update, standardize and categorize our customer database.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of customer service required.
- Project management and Sales experience are a big plus.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong team player that can build relationships with sales, shipping and receiving, production, designers, and suppliers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Ability to address things quickly with a sense of urgency.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills; Knowledge of Spire system an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

**Education**:

- Diploma in Business, or related field
