**About the Role**:
**Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement and Investment, the Manager of Community Investment will be the key point of contact with AGLC and with community partners for EOCF’s record-breaking 50/50 program. They will ensure the ongoing success of the program by overseeing all administrative and regulatory components. The manager will also implement EOCF’s community investment framework and manage the investment and impact reporting components of the foundation’s new initiative ‘Every Kid Deserves a Shot’. The Manager will develop leading-edge and creative impact storytelling and reporting initiatives that leverage the brand and profile of EOCF and the Oilers.**:
**Your Focus in this Role**:

- **Community investment**
- Proactively identify and manage relationships with potential partners for EOCF’s ‘Every Kid Deserves a Shot’ initiative and ‘Standing up for Oil Country’ 50/50 program.
- Administer partner MOUs and agreements to ensure goals (e.g. impact, geographic reach, budget, program sustainability) are monitored and met
- Work with Director of Development to communicate impact of philanthropic investments to potential donors.
- **50/50 Program Management**
- Lead beneficiary management by working with beneficiaries to enhance the profile and impact of raffles through strategic marketing, communications, and content strategies
- Lead volunteer recruitment and management with 50/50 beneficiary organizations

**Education, Experience and **Skills**:

- Minimum Bachelors degree and five years’ experience in a related field
- Experience in project management, contract administration, and KPI reporting
- Knowledge of and experience in corporate community investment and strategic philanthropy
- Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of poise and professionalism when dealing with all internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive and resourceful with an ability to “make things happen”
- Good balance of creative/communications instincts and logical, analytical skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed impact decision-making.
- Proven ability to align impact stories with a company’s brand.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
