**Key Objectives**:

- Responsible to support the investment objectives of numerous divisions with the Tacada Group of Companies, including the Multi-Family Division, Investments Division, and Residential Division, including participation in underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, asset and portfolio management, research, and marketing._
- Assist in developing and maintaining a targeted acquisitions pipeline, including properties and key contacts.
- Keep an up-to-date understanding of transactions, projects, municipal regulations, and asset-specific indicators across TACADA Investments' markets of interest.
- Assess acquisition, development and disposition opportunities through detailed proforma analysis.
- Conduct and maintain market research for targeted acquisitions and dispositions, assessing impacts on the broader portfolio.
- Regularly update portfolio valuations based on market activity and review the portfolio in line with the Investment Policy.
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions and assist in building actionable strategies.
- Prepare acquisition and disposition packages for submission to internal approval committees.
- Develop, implement, and manage budgets for the development and stabilization of income-producing properties.
- Create sales and marketing materials to support acquisitions and dispositions.
- Collaborate on project teams, providing support and expertise as needed.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient experience in MS Excel and Google Docs
- Excellent leadership skills

**Education**:

- Degree in Finance or related discipline
