**Main Focus Groups**:
**Tracking**
- BlueRock tracking on All Linehaul trips
- Trip Tracking
- Rail Container
- Amazon and Customer direct
- Purolator and Vendor's Empty Asset tracking and follow-up

**Communication**
- Pre-alert destinations of potential delays or disruption via Thinklp
- Communicate delayed flight departure times to destination terminals
- Alert Amazon and Customer direct delays to terminal
- Advise terminals and customer on empty trailer asset and removal.

**Duties**
- Book and adjust Linehaul movements in SAP TM & FMC
- Responsible for monitoring the customer directs and Empty asset in the network
- Creates and supports incidents by Case Management
- Provide updates on high priority shipments
- Coordinator the movements of internal/external assets
- Liaison directly with carriers to secure requirements on time arrival
- Mediate and resolve any disputes between local operations and outside carriers
- Follows procedures, work instructions and other directions from the Manager

**Qualifications**
- Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadership
- Familiarity with PCL and/or Linehaul-type operations an asset
- Knowledge of Linehaul routes and heavy equipment as asset
- Knowledge of aircraft/aviation an asset
- Bilingualism - French/English an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills - Outlook, Word and Excel required
- Knowledge of ECHO and ability to Triage issues within ECHO
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Strong administrative and multi-tasking skills
