Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Dispatching: Coordinate the movement of vehicles and personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports to management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and coordinate repairs and rentals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and team player.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Industry Experience: Trucking industry experience preferred.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
Work Environment
