What We're Looking For

  • A seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in fleet management, consulting, and relationship-building
  • Strong project management and planning skills, with a proven track record of driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct defined aspects of client fleet operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Develop and implement vehicle and equipment specifications, cost management programs, and budget management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth and success
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, such as business administration, management, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in fleet management, consulting, or a related field
  • CAFM accreditation and strong knowledge of fleet industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
