Lease Finance Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
In this role, the Lease Finance Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing all incoming lease orders for their region and for determining the finance type on each deal; internal or external. On internal quoting, you will review quotes for accuracy. For external deals, your focus will be on obtaining approval, on ordering documents to the specification of the deal, on distributing documents to appropriate internal employees, and on facilitating funding with 3rd party lenders. On the back-end process, the Lease Finance Coordinator is responsible for keeping an updated portfolio report on external FMV leases. This report will be relayed to the sales representatives upon expiration of the unit to generate a lead to either sell, extend, or replace the unit. The Lease Finance Coordinator will also backfill for the Lease Finance Manager when necessary.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Begin each week with a focused plan.
- Keep an organized report showing all active and expired FMV leases by third party lenders.
- Review all incoming lease orders and determining the best way to finance the deal (internal or external).
- Facilitate funding with 3rd party lenders.
- Review lease quotes for accuracy.
- Use the CRM to monitor and actively manage external leases and order progress.
- Offer exceptional customer service to clients.
- Adheres to a standard of professional ethics and is respectful to staff and customers.
- Serves as liaison between the lease department and other departments.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with equipment vendors and lending institutions.
- Adhere to best practices as noted in the job description.
- Additional duties as may be assigned.
- Work directly on different projects with the Lease Approval Manager.
- Ability to step in and backfill for the Lease Approval Manager on daily tasks if needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- College graduate.
- Finance background would be an asset.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Superior Microsoft Office skills with experience using MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset.
- Excels in a fast-paced work environment.
- Highly organized, a self-starter with good time management skills.
- Willing to learn, able to work with mínimal supervision, and resilient when facing challenges.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Strong management/ internal communication skills.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction on service performed.
- Valid driver’s license.
