**Position Summary**:
The Telematics Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and management of all equipment telematics and reporting. Working with specific, known, and achievable targets, measurements of success assigned to this position are driving reduced maintenance costs and reduced time on the internal fleet.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of GPS devices on all applicable assets
- Telematics activation & deactivation for each asset
- Ensuring telematic devices are communicating accurate hours on all equipment; periodic review to find inaccurate manual entry equipment hours in AX
- Establishing and maintaining consistent periodic reporting on asset usage trends relative to contract allowances
- Working with Telematics vendor to troubleshoot issues
- Working with internal business units to repair and install devices
- Set up and manage preventative maintenance (PM) scheduling on telematics site and PM tracking report
- Providing monthly list to Service for all rental/lease units that are due for PM’s, NDTs, or safety inspections
- Ensuring all Rental/Lease units are PM compliant
- Provide updates to Rental/Lease management when PM compliance falls below target range
- Review PM service calls to ensure cost is within budget
- Review PM Checklist and delegate any action items to Maintenance Advisors
- Additional duties as may be assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Sales, Operations or a related discipline is an asset
- Possess superior interpersonal, communications and analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with Microsoft CRM and/or AX (ERP) is an asset
- Industry experience may be considered an asset
- Must be extremely organized and a self-starter; able to work with limited supervision
- Must be a team player
- Must be a strong multi-tasker, and must excel at coping with conflicting priorities
