Project Coordinator

- CET Diploma or Construction Management Degree an asset
**Required Skills**:
**Pre-Construction Skills**
- Ability to take accurate and complete notes and meeting minutes.
- Basic construction drafting skills and understanding blueprints.
- Pre-Construction Safety (set up applicable JHA’s, documentation and emergency contact lists for each site before project start up)
- Ability to do material takeoffs and basic construction sequencing.
- Project Management Skills_
- Facilitation of project kickoff and handoff processes
- Assist PM with site communication and problem solving-initiate and coordinate solutions.
- Initiate 3pm call (Initiate calls with field staff)
- Daily reporting on project progress and updating project schedules
- Participation in client meetings.
- Oversight of project closure to ensure adherence to scope
- Project Support Skills_
- Data Entry
- Maintenance of folder structure and organizational assets
- Inventory management and upkeep.
- Secondary Company Support Skills_
- Finds new markets (connects to salesperson)
- Social media, advertising, and branding management.
- Website maintenance
**Required Competencies**:
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and Power Point. As well as Adobe)
- Project management software Procore, MS Projects, etc. is an asset.
- Material ordering and procurement to ensure materials arrive on time when needed.
