Electrical Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope of work for electrical projects
- Manage project resources including labor, equipment, and materials
- Encourage a safe work environment, be familiar with safety codes, regulations and policies ensure all aspects are implemented, met and followed throughout the project
- Lead safety meetings, conduct workplace inspections
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations
- Review and approve project designs and plans
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor project progress and report project status to stakeholders
- Managing documentation, including project plans and change orders
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Travel to job sites to monitor progress, quality and safety
- Ensure that project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Assist estimator with estimates and reviews

**Requirements**:

- Certified Electrician to work in the Province of Alberta
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- Class 5 Drivers License
- 5+ years of experience in project management in the electrical industry
- Experience with industrial and commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and maintenance
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of codes and regulations governing electrical installations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in estimating electrical project costs is a plus
