Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office services.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking progress.
- Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
