We are on the hunt for an experienced, eager and personable Enterprise Account Executive to join our founding North American sales team.

As Duel’s first Enterprise AE in the North American market, you will have the opportunity to embed and shape the future of the Enterprise business. You'll collaborate with our Commercial team to onboard leading global D2C and retail consumer brands, guiding them in harnessing the potential of brand advocacy and the Duel platform to enhance their advocate communities. Leveraging your persuasive skills, innovative mindset, and commitment to assisting our brand partners in achieving their objectives, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential prospects to closing deals, and growing accounts.

**THE COMPANY**

Duel was founded by world-record-breaking adventurer and former brand ambassador Paul Archer, alongside viral games developer Naio Tsarouchis. They set out to develop both the technology and methodology that enables purpose-led brands to drive organic growth, powered by real communities of advocates.

**THE ROLE**

Your role will be to manage the end-to-end sales process for prospective Duel clients, from initial discovery through to closing. You’ll take a long term view and help brands scale advocacy using our technology in the most appropriate way for their business.
- Ownership of Quota
- Own and deliver on new business revenue quota
- Hustle
- Collaborate with Content, Partnership, Marketing & Business Development teams to grow pipeline
- Networking and developing meaningful relationships with prospects and adding value at every opportunity
- Go on-site with clients to listen to their needs, workshop the best strategies and close deals
- Attend in person conference and events educating our community on brand advocacy
- Navigate Complex Sales Cycles
- You will be responsible for taking our brands customer journey, educating them on Duel’s value proposition
- Host discovery calls, product demos and workshops
- Build and propose bespoke Brand Advocacy programs to brands, negotiating the deal and guiding it through to close
- Retain & Grow all accounts
- Work cross functionally with the Brand Experience team to grow existing accounts year on year
- Build out Enterprise Function
- Work collaboratively with the UK Commercial Team to effectively build out the Enterprise sales function, working with brands over $500M in revenue and deal sizes over $100k ARR
- Use your tenured Enterprise SaaS experience to imprint best practices and ways of working into a fast-growing, and evolving business

- Through training, you will use your detailed understanding of the Duel product and how it works, and be able to use critical thinking skills to align a brand’s specific need with the power of Duel

- Having a passion for the brand and retail industry: how it works, who fits in it and how to navigate it
- Be present within the industry, attending and hosting conferences, tradeshows and dinners, adding value to our community of Brand Builder’s at every touch point
- Build long-lasting relationships within the market to invite into our community
