Working in conjunction with the Order Desk Coordinator and reporting to the Operations Manager, perform administrative tasks, such as providing regular communication with customers regarding orders and concerns and acting as a liaison between internal teams.

Major responsibilities include:

- Processing orders and invoices according to schedule.
- Scheduling Carrier pickups.
- Communicating regularly with In House customers for orders.
- Addressing questions and solving problems quickly with support from the Order Deck Coordinator and internal teams such as Sales and Operations.
- Supporting Customer Service / Orders Desk process daily orders and solve problems.

**Order Desk Support skills and qualifications**

A successful **Order Desk Support **needs to be an effective communicator with both customers and coworkers. Other required skills include:

- Attention to detail to ensure customers receive the correct advice and support.
- Problem-solving skills to help customers who may experience issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to a large number of accounts.
- Computer skills, Excel, ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to explain products and concepts clearly and concisely to customers.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
