Our property features meeting rooms, banquet halls, a restaurant, and room service, all designed to provide memorable experiences for our guests. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding guest experiences and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

**Position: Front Desk Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**: Ensure every guest has a positive experience from check-in to check-out, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and support the front desk team, providing training, guidance, and motivation to deliver excellent service.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily front desk operations, including managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle guest complaints and issues efficiently, turning potential negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest services and front desk operations.

- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
