The **Office Manager **is a key role in our firm, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing the day-to-day facilities operations at our 3 main GTA offices.

**What You’ll Do**
- Establish and maintain key office operations
- Administrative support for the day-to-day office operations including receiving and welcoming visitors, routing reception assisted calls, collecting and distributing mail, etc.
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors including building personnel, security, caterers, etc.
- Ensure all kitchen, conference rooms and common areas are clean and in order
- Maintain inventory of all office and kitchen supplies and ensure items are well stocked at our 3 GTA locations
- Ensure seamless operation and inventory list of office equipment as well as maintenance
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees with the conjunction of HR, including passcard, IT / systems set up, office coordination, bios/photos, etc.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Positive friendly manner**, who is super-organized and thrives on helping others while provided best in class customer experience
- Previous experience in an office management / receptionist function, ideally within in a professional services firm.
- Demonstrated **technical aptitude** Microsoft Suite (365, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) WebEx, etc.
- **Organized multi-tasker**:able to manage multiple projects with set deadlines as time management, pattern recognition, prioritization, diligent attention to detail and judgment are critical in this role.
- **Resourceful problem solver**: ability to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown, as well as work well under pressure, solve problems.
- **Self-starter**: highly motivated, excellent work ethic and self-assured, not easily thrown, able to think on your feet.
- **Strong communicator**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). Ability to interact professionally with all stakeholders.
