We currently have an opening for an **Administrative Assistant** in our **Edmonton **office.

Responsibilities include the following:

- Preparing proposals and assisting with other business development activities.
- Preparing reports, project tender documents, specifications, and letters in accordance with our professional standards.
- Maintaining project files in our corporate records management database.
- Providing administrative assistance when requested by engineers and technologists.

**Job Requirements**:
What you will bring:

- Business Administration or Office Administration Degree/Diploma is an asset.
- 2+ years administrative or customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other office software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly detail oriented and accurate.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Experience using graphic design software (example: Adobe InDesign) is an asset.
- Experience in marketing/business development activities is an asset.
